1. RETURN CONDITIONS
- The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging with labels attached.
- A purchase receipt must be presented for any return.
- Returns apply only to manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
- We do NOT offer cash or credit card refunds. If eligible, you will receive store credit for use at our store.
- Please contact us as soon as possible upon discovering a defective product for prompt support.
2. PRODUCT CATEGORIES & RETURN POLICY
- A. Personal Use Products (Non-Returnable)
- Nail polish (gel polish, regular polish, dipping powder, liquid monomer, primer, top coat, base coat).
- Lotion, acetone, alcohol, disinfectant solutions.
- Personal hygiene tools: files, buffers, cotton pads, wooden sticks, nail cleaning brushes, personal care tool sets.
- Cuticle nippers, nail clippers, tweezers, nail tools.
- B. Packaged Products (Returnable within 14 days for manufacturer defects only)
- Gloves, face masks (returnable only if defective from the manufacturer).
- Nail brushes, gel brushes, acrylic brushes, professional brush sets.
- Toolboxes, nail tip cases, stickers, nail decorations (charms, foils, glitter, rhinestones, stamping templates).
- Nail accessories: nail forms, nail art tools, practice hands, nail holders.
- Waxing products: wax paper, soft wax, hard wax, roll wax.
3. Machines & Electronic Devices (Returnable within 30 days for manufacturer defects only)
- LED/UV lamps, nail drills, nail dryers.
- Dust collectors, towel warmers, sterilizers.
- Power supplies, chargers included with devices.
Note: Machines & electronic devices will be inspected before approval for return. If the product shows signs of misuse, damage, or is missing accessories, the return policy will not apply.
Accepted Manufacturer Defects for Returns:
- Packaging defects: Torn, damaged, or missing factory seal.
- Technical defects: Machines that do not function upon first use, LED lights not working, weak or faulty motors.
- Product composition defects: Gel separating, nail polish being overly thick/sticky upon opening.
- Incorrect or missing items from the original order.
- 3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
- Products listed under "Non-Returnable" categories above.
- Promotional, discounted, or clearance items.
- Used or damaged products.
- Products without a purchase receipt.
Products repackaged into smaller quantities.
4. RETURN PROCESS
- Bring the product to Gold Nail & Beauty Supply at Unit 24-15 Cedar Pointe Dr, Barrie, ON L4N 5R7.
- Present the purchase receipt.
- Our staff will inspect the product condition.
- If the product meets the return conditions, you will receive store credit equivalent to the product value for future purchases.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
- We strive to provide excellent service, and our shipping policy ensures fairness in return processing.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a customer decision (e.g., unwanted item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
